Husqvarna's 32" wood splitting maul sledge axe is made for splitting logs and large chunks of wood. It can be used as a sledge or in combination with a splitting wedge. The handle is hickory and the head is hand foraged Swedish steel, attached using both a wooden and a steel wedge for secure fastening. The axe weighs 5.5lbs.
